Jo joined Pegasi in 2016 and has enjoyed a career in property for over 25 years. With experience in sales, lettings, regulated tenancies and residential investment management, Jo has let and managed property throughout the UK for many leading investors, fund managers, charities and private individuals and is dedicated to achieving excellence in the private rented sector. An advocate of the professionalisation of the property management sector, Jo is an active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the British Property Federation.
At Pegasi, Jo leads the team in delivering beautiful homes and providing an exceptional service to our residents as well as overseeing our retail and commercial interests.
During the weekends, Jo can most often be found pursuing her passion for horses, both as a horse owner but also in supporting others to achieve their full potential by working on their personal goals with equine assisted development. Jo also supports the Moore Racehorse Trust.
Adam joined Pegasi in 2013; with over ten year’s experience of working in the property and estate management sector, he has extensive knowledge in dealing with day to day and planned maintenance in industries such as banking, childcare and mixed use developments.
As a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Adam looks after contract management, service charge and budgeting, landlord and tenant legislation, and the implementation of the health and safety. He is also responsible for the companies dedicated porters and maintenance teams across the portfolio.
Outside the workplace, he is a father of three children. He is also a fluent Arabic speaker and in his spare time enjoys playing golf, rugby and motorsport.
Megan joined the Pegasi team in 2017 as the Lettings Co-ordinator supporting both the lettings and property management teams with day to day functions in running the portfolio. Having previously lived and worked in New Zealand and Australia and most recently having worked at Harrods, Megan is used to going the extra mile when assisting our residents.
Outside of work, Megan loves to explore London’s variety of food destinations and has a keen interest in fitness, with weightlifting being her favourite form of exercise.
