The expedient service that we received from Pegasi from the moment we showed interest in the apartment, right down to when the inevitable drain blocks, has been superb. The quality of staff across all levels of the company that we have interacted with have been courteous, even handed and approachable, and the porters in the building go to great lengths to provide a superior quality, residential accommodation experience. We have been resident in Kensington and Chelsea for 17 years, either as owner occupiers or tenants and our experience with Pegasi as landlord has been by far the best by a long way. Their ability to manage the building in a highly professional manner, responding quick (same day) to any query or problem we have is invaluable. The Porters in charge at St. George’s Court make living there a pleasure. They are friendly, responsive, extremely helpful and allow us to feel very secure living there. Our apartment, the building itself and the outside garden space are all well maintained and if anything breaks it is replaced immediately. We have highly recommended Pegasi to many of our friends who have relocated to London over the past few years and will continue to do so.

Kerryanne has provided us with an outstanding level of service, that not only met, but exceeded our expectations.
