Nigel Hammond joined Pegasi in 1998, initially working at St Georges Court. In 2016, Nigel took over responsibility as Building Manager, leading the on-site team at 35 - 37 Grosvenor Square, the only wholly owned, let and managed building in the square.
The splendid entrance hall is the discreet base for the team , one of whom will be there at all times - to open the door, call a taxi, take in parcels, arrange access and/or attendance to any maintenance issues. The team have years of experience, multiple languages between them and the kind of old discreet and courteous service that our residents value and trust.
Kris Kosiarski, originally from Poland, joined Pegasi as Building Manager in 2017. As our largest building, Kris leads the team of 8. The elegant entrance in Phillimore Gardens with its specially commissioned chandelier, stylish reception desk and welcoming team, lets you know that you have arrived at a building that is run with both flair and efficiency.
As well as our permanent staffing presence in our main entrance hall, which allows the Stafford Court team to ensure that they are attentive to all resident needs, residents will be familiar with the in house cleaning and maintenance staff that are on hand during the day alongside the porters. As you’d expect, Stafford Court email is responded to 24/7, but if you prefer the human touch, the handset in each apartment instantly connects residents to the front desk.
St. George’s Court
David Clarke is the Building Manager at St Georges Court and with his many years' experience in hospitality, the teams approach to customer service and daily small acts of kindness provide a service that is both respectful, warm and reflects the requirements of each resident as an individual.
As home to many families, this long standing team are very popular, especially with the children and resident dogs who the team love to have around.
Richard Knowles runs Richmond Court with the efficiency and discretion one would expect from a Senior Facilities Manager at the Cabinet Office and Downing Street Estate, Whitehall, London. As home to people from all over the world, many of whom and are studying overseas and away from family and friends, Richard and his team are there 24/7 to provide a reassuring and capable presence that can be called upon anytime.
The discreet entrance on Sloane Street opens into a stunning entrance hall, complete with chandelier, for residents and visitors to be greeted by a friendly and familiar member of team. Residents return again and again , often phoning Richard to see if there are any apartments available to let before returning to London.
