Rad leads the team at 35 - 37 Grosvenor Square which is the only building in the whole square 100% owned, let and managed by the same company.
The splendid entrance hall is the discreet base for the team, one of whom will be there at all times - to open the door, call a taxi, take in parcels, arrange access and/or attendance to any maintenance issues. The team have years of experience, multiple languages between them and the kind of old fashioned, discreet and courteous service that our residents value and trust.
Raj Mahmood joined Pegasi in Jan 2021 as the Building Manager of Stafford Court, he has over 15 years of senior property and facilities management experience across all sectors of the property industry. This ranges from being responsible for the management of the flagship estate ‘Embassy Gardens’ within the Nine Elms, London to 'Lancashire Court’ estate situated on Bond Street in the Mayfair.
The elegant entrance on Phillimore Gardens which has a specially commissioned chandelier, and stylish reception desk alongside a well organised, perfectly presented and knowledgeable welcoming team, shows the building from the first minute you step in, that it is run with both flair and efficiency.
As well as our permanent staffing presence in our main entrance hall, which allows the Stafford Court team to ensure that they are attentive to all the occupant's needs, as residents will be familiar with the in house cleaning and maintenance staff that are on hand during the day alongside the porters. Stafford Court’s email is responded to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but if you prefer the human touch, the handset instantly connects every apartment to the front desk.
